The 2011 CFDG Salary Survey, which was sent out to CFDG members in February this year, provides vital information on salary and employment trends for finance professionals working in the charity and voluntary sector. This year’s survey includes information on salary levels; pensions and benefits; job satisfaction and work-life balance; and the impact current economic conditions are having on staff recruitment and retention.
