In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week 2019, this members' meeting will focus on how to create a good climate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Delegates will learn different methods in how you can support your staff in coping with stress, and also look at how you can identify the warning signs of poor mental health in your team. The session will also consider how you can attract new talent to your organisation.

This is a free event for CFG members.

Prevention: Keeping staff well and managing stress

Learning how to cope with stress is a key lesson for all employees. During this session we will not only explore different causes of stress, but also how to manage and reduce stress in the workplace and support all your employees.

It can be hard to recognise early warning signs of mental health issues and whether work is causing the health issues; and employers have a legal responsibility to help their employees. Join this session to understand how to identify poor mental health in the workplace.
