Civil Society Group publishes statement on recent racist violence

As part of the Civil Society Group, Charity Finance Group (CFG) has joined with 39 other organisations to sign a statement to 'reject and condemn the actions of those involved in the recent wave of violence' that is affecting many parts of the country.

The group's statement acknowledges the 'sense of shock and horror' those working in civil society organisations are feeling, and goes on to say that 'civil society leaders will play a leading role in the community response.'
