The future of how we work

Over the last year many charities have had to make swift, dramatic adjustments to their way of working in order to survive and continue to deliver for their causes at a time of great need. Now, as we navigate behavioural and operational change from the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, we consider what new ways of working are here to stay.

If your organisation is exploring new options in the way you work, whether it’s flexible working, remote working, or a full return to the office, this meeting will offer shared experiences and challenges from CFG large charity members. We will discuss how and why they changed the way they work, the cultural and health impact, the risks, and the new opportunities which arose.

Who is the event for?

This meeting is free and available to CFG large charity members above £25m income. The event is useful for finance directors, CEOs, HR professionals and trustees in considering the future of work.

In this session delegates will hear from a charity that is implementing a fully remote way of work, hear about their journey so far and how have they are planning to deal with a breadth of issues including culture, wellbeing, data protection and IT.
