The recent difficulties caused by the Coronavirus outbreak has renewed the conversation around the sector’s governance model and how it could be modified in order to be more fit for purpose.
What would that mean in practice? What will charity governance look like in the post Covid-19 world?
This October Members’ Meeting will discuss what charities can do to improve their governance and make the most of limited financial resources, and is a great opportunity for CFG members to come together and discuss their challenges on this vital issue.
