Governance after Covid-19 and how to make the most of your resources now

What would that mean in practice? What will charity governance look like in the post Covid-19 world?

Chair's welcome

Governance post Covid-19

The restructure of charity governance could be one of the biggest changes in the charity sector post-coronavirus. With many organisations re-focusing their priorities and moving to digital fundraising, service delivery and remote working, we might see different skills, behaviours and processes on charity boards. What should post Covid-19 governance focus on and how should it evolve?

This session will give an update to changes in governance practice and what charities need to know in order to comply.
