This session will look at how different personality types and management styles impact on management effectiveness and the importance of adapting own style to different needs

Here we will explore what motivates us as individuals and ways to identify and develop the potential in your team.




Measuring and managing performance

In order to have an effective team it is vital that you have robust systems in place to set standards and measure staff performance. This session will explore how to set clear expectations, assess performance to achieve the results that you need and address poor performance.


How to give effective feedback

We will look at the key elements of effective feedback exploring specific techniques to get the best outcomes.
