This CFG members' meeting is centred on the effective management of employee performance.

The meeting will share the latest updates in employment law. We will also look at how to manage difficult conversations with your employees.

Finally, we will consider how to track the performance of your employees and motivate them for better performance outcomes, and how this can add to a positive working environment.

Niroosha Loganathan, Director of People and Performance, Charity Finance Group

After joining CFG as Caron Bradshaw’s PA, Niroosha has developed her career in strategic HR and now heads the People and Performance directorate at CFG. Niroosha graduated from the University College London with a degree in Psychology having published work on the Allocation of Scarce Medical resources. Niroosha has also worked with fashion labels in a number of roles in marketing and PR, delivering campaigns both online and in print.
