An interactive day looking at some of the more complex areas of charity finance.

We will use some practical examples and case studies to complement formal presentations.  We will look in more depth at some of the charity’s financial policies and how you use your  accounts effectively as well as to address some key risks surrounding tax and VAT.

The course will also cover current issues in charity reporting and how to be clear and transparent so that the financial statements are more than just a compliance exercise.

The final session will be a question and answer session but the case study/group work will also allow for opportunity to accommodate the interests of the delegates.  We would encourage delegates to contact us in advance with any specific topics or queries so that we can tailor according to the requirements of those attending.
