Producing an impact report is a crucial part of measuring the impact of your work. Yet many charities struggle with what information to include in their reports, what to leave out, and how best to present their impact data. This meeting will cover topics including:

  • What is impact reporting?
  • Why should charities report on their impact?
  • How to produce a good impact report

This members' meeting will also discuss robust board reporting, discussing why it is so vital to communicate effectively with your board of trustees so that they can make informed decisions.

To make informed decisions, they require the right information at the right time. As well as a clear agenda and good minute-taking, the quality of the Chief Executive’s (CEO) reports to the board is key to effective meetings and governance. Learn how to maximise effective communications to your board of trustees and how to produce a relevant and informative reporting.
