Peer Mentoring Scheme
Our free-for-members Peer Mentoring Scheme gives participants the opportunity to benefit from being both a mentor and a mentee. You will be matched with and supported by a sector peer to unlock your potential, reach your goals and develop mentoring skills that are crucial to being a successful leader and manager.
You will need to commit to three webinars which occur over three consecutive weeks for the mentoring training and agree to mentoring time with your partner to continue with the process.
Over the course of the webinars, you will receive training in mentoring, build confidence in your skills and techniques, and network with sector peers so that we can match you with prospective partners.

What value does the mentoring scheme add?
As a mentee, the scheme offers an avenue to learn from a sector peer that you would otherwise have no connection with. This gives mentees a safe place outside of their work structure to share ideas, learn, and gives them a partner to confide in.
As a mentor, this is the perfect opportunity to enhance your leadership skills. Participants will receive all the tools and support they need to be effective and confident mentors through the CFG training course.
In addition, you will be enrolled in our Mentors Alumni and will be invited to regular “Mentoring Motivation” webinars in order to practice and enhance your leadership skills with others in the network.
