As a result of successful lobbying by CFG we now have new pensions regulations on LGPS Pension Schemes which at last provide charities with realistic options to better manage their risks and costs, and indeed for some could even remove an existential threat to their future. The presentation would provide details of what the changes mean, details how Funds are implementing them with specific case example and suggestions how charities could utilize them.
