Annual Conference Week - Online Workshop 4

Tuesday 28 June 2022

Please note, due to insufficient number of participants this workshop will not be delivered in the planned format. The workshop facilitators would still like to ensure that those who have signe up to this session still have a chance to discuss the issues you are facing regarding their properties and will be holding a drop in support meetings at the time of the workshop (1pm-2:30pm on 28th June). If you would like to arrange a one-on-one drop in session at that time, please email CFG at events@cfg.org.uk and we will pass your enquiry to the speakers.

Discover the importance of understanding your estate, and your direction

Understanding charity estate is key to ensure your property is suitable for purpose, you meet your beneficiaries needs and that you keep costs and management to a minimum.

Balancing your options – sell, lease, redevelop or refurbish?

If an exit is considered, make sure you are aware of your options in full and take professional advice before you proceed down a particular route. This can save valuable time and resources, maximise value and meet your regulatory requirements.
