The power of asking questions
How, in a polarized world, can asking questions make you nicer, cleverer and empower both you and those you question?
Attendees will learn how to ask better questions starting with icebreakers, practice active listening, understand the power of mentoring, learn through asking good questions. Empathy is not enough – we can’t just imagine ourselves in others’ shoes - we need to ask.
We can also question as a challenge and need to understand when negativity is constructive - don’t just say No to Negativity!
