Engaging with local communities
How closely do you work with your local community? Could you engage even more? And how does this connect to income generation and service delivery? This workshop will reveal the tips, tricks and ideas for developing a closer connection with your communities and, ultimately, a more financially resilient and purposeful organisation.
Speakers will provide some examples of partnerships and community engagement which have worked. We will also be looking at income generation to service delivery and building financial resilience. This workshop will feature a Q&A session to pull out common themes and interpret these.
