Including sector leaders and practitioners, as well as regulators, government bodies, funders, contractors and advisors who shape the operating environment.

Participant Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct sets out the expectations for all participants in the Transforming Our sector element of the Transformation Collaborative. By signing below, you agree to uphold the principles of confidentiality, respect, and constructive engagement.

- Respect all participants: Listen actively, speak respectfully, and value diverse perspectives.
- Participate fully: engage in the process with openness and honesty.
- Declare conflicts: If a topic presents a conflict of interest, disclose it to the group.
- Support psychological safety: Help create a space where everyone feels safe to share and reflect.
