CFG survey: assessing the impact

CFG wants to hear your views and thoughts on the Chancellor's autumn budget announcements, including the potential impact in the rise in Employer National Insurance Contributions.

Charity Finance Group (CFG) is seeking feedback on the potential impact of the recent government announcements on National Living Wage (NLW) and Employer National Insurance Contributions (NIC).

Chancellor Rachel Reeves announced a significant rise in the NLW, reaching £12.21 per hour by April 2025. Additionally, the rate of Employer NIC will increase to 15%. While these changes aim to improve living standards, they could raise concerns for charities facing rising costs.
