Recent successes include:
- Acquisition of 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse office in Islington for ClientEarth – outperforming their budget by creating a 25% annual saving while taking on 25% more space. TSP also managed the fit out which achieved BREEAM Very Good and SKA Gold: a feat only achieved by a handful of companies.
- Lease assignment of The Open University’s 20,000 sq. ft. Camden office to Dr. Martens in an off-market transaction. We saved the OU over £5 million on rent, service charges and security costs.
- Working with medical charity, the MS Society, facilitating a radical shift from siloed working to an inclusive activity-based, flexible environment – achieving best-in-class accessibility.
- TSP is one of the first property consultancies globally to become a B Corp, showcasing our investment in the highest environmental standards. Our agency work for charities was a major factor helping us to achieve the accreditation.
