Annual Conference 2019 - Call for Papers

CFG's Annual Conference offers a range of speakers from both the corporate and charity sectors; do you have a case study, learning or tried and tested best practice to share?

CFG's Annual Conference, the must-attend charity finance event of the year, returns to London on Thursday May 16 2019.

Each year the five-stream conference programme offers a mix of practical, inspirational and technical sessions and workshops, delivered by sector leaders and experts from both the charity and corporate worlds, for finance professionals in the charity sector.

We are looking for speakers from a variety of backgrounds and organisations to share their experiences so that others can learn from them. In order to encourage diversity in our audience, this year we are looking for a wide range of sessions that all levels, from junior to more experienced finance professionals, can benefit from.

We would like the sessions to be focussed around this year’s theme of: Confident, Dynamic & Trustworthy.

The theme reflects CFG’s core values and what we hope to inspire in the charity sector. CFG wants to drive forward social change through the lens of financial confidence, so that charities are able to dynamically respond to the challenges they face and ensuring that charities are able to use every pound they are given as effectively as possible, in turn enabling them to win the trust of the public.

The event’s streams will revolve around this theme and will include technical updates, reporting best-practice, strategy, regulation updates and personal development.

If you have an exciting achievement to share, or an interesting story to tell, that would be relevant to our members, we would love to hear from you.
