If you are a small charity, contact our events team at events@cfg.org.uk to access discounted tickets for just £99. There are a limited number of these discounted tickets available and they are almost sold out, so please book early as they will be given on a first come first served basis.

Important additional information:

Event app: We will be using a new app to facilitate the conference, which will include important features leading up to, during and after the day. We will send all Annual Conference ticket holders information about the new app closer to the time. We will try and retain all communications via our standard Mailchimp, but there is a possibility that additional information relating to the conference may come from CFG through the new app provider CrowdComms. 

Photo and filming permissions: We will have photography and filming on the day, which CFG may use for promotional purposes. However, everyone has the right to refuse their image being used in such a fashion. If you do not wish for your image to be used in such cases, please contact events@cfg.org.uk in advance, or tell us in-person at the CFG reception desk on the day. 

Session capacity: We have changed our venue to allow for additional room, but CFG cannot guarantee that your first choice of sessions on the day will have capacity. Sometimes certain rooms and sessions are more popular than anticipated. In these instances, we will do our best to make room, but there is a chance that you may be directed to another session if one room is at capacity. In order to avoid disappointment, we ask that you try to arrive to your priority sessions promptly. 

Catering: The conference will be catered, and food will be labelled for dietary restrictions. If you do have any dietary restrictions, please do let us know at events@CFG.org.uk or on the booking form when you book your tickets.
