Online event
This session will provide you with the latest information and case studies to help you with planning the long-term strategy for your organisation. Whether it’s through the strategic application of a plan in a changing world, or ensuring your finances are working towards that plan, this event will have you covered.
Why should I attend?
This event, managed by Crowe, will cover two key angles and reinforce it all with case studies to show the real-world application:
- The considerations for planning a long-term strategy
- The financial sustainability behind a long-term plan
For the first point, we will deep drive into planning for times of instability, risks and opportunities, when to review the organisational strategy, and the signs behind needing to adopt a more flexible or agile approach.
For the second point, we will be looking at how the long-term management of reserves and expenditure can help you achieve your strategy.
When and where?
- 09:30am – 12:50pm
- Online training via Zoom - Joining instructions will be shared one week before the event day
