CFG is happy to announce the first Finance Updates for Faith-based Charities.
The online meeting will be exploring the current issues relating to both audits and property from the unique perspective of faith-based charities.
CFG's corporate member, Haysmacintyre, will provide an overview of recent and upcoming changes in financial reporting and audit requirements, and how they will impact faith-based charities
CFG's corporate member, Gerald Eve, will give insights on one of the most significant assets: property. Faith-based charities face mounting pressures and their properties should be fit for fit for purpose and should maximise a charity’s ability to perform its objectives in a cost efficient manner with the maximum efficiency and maximum benefit to beneficiaries.
Gerald Eve will give an overview of the regulatory system, changes to the Charities Act and your obligations in dealing with property. The session will discuss the importance of understanding your estate, and how to appropriately plan for the future.
