As their vital work goes hand-in-hand with supporting the financial health of charitable organisations, it can be of immense benefit in having your fundraising and finance teams on the same page.

As such, this event is designed as a one-day catch-all session to bring fundraising teams up to speed on a range of important topics (listed below).

 

Why should I attend? 

We will cover a range of topics to help fundraisers understand their important link with their finance team. So please join as we discuss:

  • Statutory Reports and Accounts – what fundraisers need to know
  • Principles of charity funds and fund accounting
  • Understanding management accounts and management information
  • Using cost theory to forecast effectively
  • VAT and corporate tax, relevant to different forms of fundraising

Fundraisers who are not part of the finance team within their organisation who wish to develop a better understanding of charity finance.
