This opening plenary will provide an update on the current risk landscape and the Charity Commission’s evolving guidance — including updates to CC26: Charities and Risk Management. We'll reflect on the challenges charities face in today’s operating environment, from financial pressures to regulatory expectations, and introduce a more balanced approach that views risk not only as a threat but also as a source of opportunity.
