TTC Booking Form T&Cs

Please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions below before submitting your TTC booking form:

  1. The agreement is between the member organisation listed above and CFDG Trading Limited (Company Number 0681064), Trading as Charity Finance Group, Registered Charity No: 1054914, a Company Limited by Guarantee, whose registered office is 82 Tanner St, London, SE1 3GN (hereafter referred to as CFG)
  2. TTC cohort places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Submission of a registration form is not confirmation of booking. CFG will provide written confirmation of your TTC cohort registration.
  3. Participation in the Action Learning Sets runs 12 months from commencement of TTC cohort.
  4. The TTC cohort member agrees to pay the TTC annual cohort fee to CFG, in return for the benefits laid out in this agreement. The rate applies to membership status on the start of the TTC cohort.
  5. The TTC cohort member will not be able to renew their cohort membership if their employing organisation is not a current member at the time of renewal. If a member lapses CFG membership before the end of the cohort, the individual TTC participant will not be eligible to renew their cohort membership at the renewal point but can see out the remainder of the 12 months.
  6. Founder member rates will not apply to year 2 of the cohort.
  7. If the registered delegate ceases to work for the member organisation, substitutions (i.e. name changes) for the representative of your organisation on the TTC cohort can be made free of charge, as long as the place is transferred to an individual fulfilling the same role.
  8. CFG will invoice the member at the address above. The invoice will be issued on receipt of a booking form. Payment is due within 30 days and before the TTC cohort commences.
  9. The venue and date for a TTC cohort event may be changed by CFG within reason.
  10. The TTC cohort fee is non-refundable – except where CFG terminates the agreement in circumstances of TTC cohort cancellation.
  11. In light of any government restrictions that make an in-person event unfeasible, CFG will organise a replacement digital event.
  12. CFG does not guarantee TTC cohort attendance numbers.
  13. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes any previous agreement, whether written or oral, between the parties in relation to that subject matter.
