Welcome and introduction

15:40-16:25

Panel - Standing Together: Building coalitions for social good in a divided landscape

As political and social polarisation deepens, the charity sector faces growing pressures. Panellists will discuss how charities can work collectively to safeguard civic space, develop partnerships that prioritise social cohesion, and ensure communities feel represented and supported. We'll also examine the financial and ethical responsibilities organisations carry in defending democratic values and maintaining public confidence.

16:25-16:50

Finance as an Enabler of Collaboration: Co-Funding and Shared Resources

Collaboration requires financial models, operational systems and governance structures that actively support it. This session looks at how charities can use co-funding arrangements, shared services and joint resource models to drive more efficient, sustainable and systemic impact. We'll unpack the practicalities behind collaborative finance and explore what good partnership governance looks like for long-term collaboration.
