Bridging the gap between income and strategy

Many charities struggle to align income generation with their long-term strategic goals, often finding themselves trapped in short-term funding cycles and over-reliant on grants. Shifting donor behaviours and a lack of unrestricted funding further limit flexibility, making it difficult to invest in sustainable growth and innovation. This session will explore how charities can move beyond reactive fundraising, integrate income generation into strategic planning, and build financial resilience.
